Sales and Orders
Due to suppliers' policy, all sales of our products are final. No refund or return, No exchange.
Product defects will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, contact us for warranty policy details.
No cancellation or alternation for special orders once confirmed.
For special order items, minimum deposit of 50% invoiced amount is required to process the order. Order lead time is approximate and for reference only, we cannot guarantee it due to unpredictable situations.
All orders shall be paid in full and leave our warehouse within 14 days upon arrival notice being sent to customer. Otherwise storage fee will
apply at $10 per day per item.
Customers are welcome to inspect the ordered items before pick up or delivery.
Warranty
Vanity Depot only carries products from reputable suppliers. These suppliers stand behind their products with their warranty policies.
A typical warranty policy for bathroom vanity is limited one year warranty, some conditions may apply. Contact us for details.
Clearance Final Sale
All clearance items are “As Is” final sale. Customers are encouraged to come by in person to check them out before purchase.
Payments
We accept Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, Cash and E-transfer. All prices shown in the website are before tax.
Minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required on any order.
Full payment (100%) of the invoice is required before goods leave our warehouse.
